We act for architects and developers advising on daylight and sunlight matters resulting from new proposed developments. We work with the project team to undertake 3D modelling analysis of daylight and sunlight and provide suggested design parameters to achieve successful schemesin terms of daylight and sunlight. We provide formal daylight and sunlight analysis reports for planning application submissions.

Conversely, we also act for parties with daylight and sunilght affected by proposed developments.
