The importance of a pre-acquisition / pre-lease building survey
is paramount before parties commit to purchasing or taking on full repairing and insuring lease liabilities where the property
is leasehold. Our building surveys provide a succinct commercial report on the property, covering general arrangement / description
of the building fabric, condition and recommended remedial work with budget costs for such works. From our brief, we seek
to understand fully your needs and future use aspirations for the building and report on these accordingly. Our reports assist
you to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with your proposed acquisition. Primarily our surveys are of industrial,
office and retail units and usually for pre-acquisition or pre-lease purposes. We also undertake reports limited to specific problems / defective components
of a building in order to provide defects diagnosis reports which can in instances, require the building fabric to be opened
