Project Work Schroeders Begg LLP undertakes
a range of project work typically relating to alteration, refurbishment and fit-out of existing properties. Our roles encompass
specifying and designer duties with subsequent Contract Administration, or on larger projects, the justified role of Project
Management services.

As in all Client briefs (and no less so in project work), development
of this brief is paramount to ensure expectations and future adaptability of the building are achieved. We carefully manage
the diametrically opposed constraints of time, cost and quality to ensure project success.
Communication is key through the process and we consider and
duly report with recommendations on the ramifications of all potential design changes, especially in more complex and time
sensitive projects.

budget preparation and review, value engineering and procurement strategy.
