Expert Witness

We undertake instructions on variety of subject matters including defects diagnosis, major building defects in construction, negligent building surveys, rights of light matters, boundary disputes and dilapidation disputes.

Schroeders Begg have acted as both Single Joint Expert before the Technology and Construction Court (TCC of the High Court) or ordinary Expert Witness in the County Courts, Chancery Division of the High Court and Court of Appeal. In addition, we have undertaken the preparation of case documents for arbitrations under the Arbitration Acts.

We have also attended and provided evidence at several Town and Country Planning Act appeal enquiries and have also prepared supporting documentation for applications called in by the Secretary of State.
